Putting together some great musicians does not necessarily make a great band. The making of great teams is about more than just putting talented experts together. It's also about having a shared idea on what we strive for and how we collaborate. That is why every Jungle Minds function profile consists of both these elements: skills and shared qualities.

Our talent development approach consists of 4 levels: Jr/ Mr/Sr/Sr+. Four levels that also determine both salary and other perks. And so our function profiles describe which skills and qualities we mean to develop at each of those stages.
